• Contact and delivery details — your name, phone number, and delivery address, so we can confirm and deliver your order.
• Order information — the items you order, amounts, payment method (e.g. cash on delivery, GCash), and delivery status. We do not store full card or bank numbers; online payments are handled by our payment and storefront providers.
• Messenger information — if you message our Facebook Page, we receive your Facebook-provided page-scoped ID and the content of your messages, so our staff can reply and help with your order.
• Loyalty information — points earned and redeemed, if you take part in our loyalty program.

• To process, confirm, prepare, and deliver your orders.
• To send you order confirmations and delivery updates by SMS or Facebook Messenger, and to answer your questions.
• To run our loyalty program and, if you have ordered from us, to send occasional promotions.
• To keep records for accounting, and to prevent fraud and abuse.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run the service:

• With our delivery riders, so they can bring your order to you.
• With suppliers, only as needed to prepare your order (they do not receive your contact details unless required).
• With service providers we rely on — our SMS gateway, our online storefront and payment processors, and our hosting and database providers — who process data on our behalf.
• When required by law, or to protect our rights and the safety of others.

When you contact us through Facebook Messenger, your messages are handled in accordance with Meta's policies as well as this one. We use the information only to respond to you and to manage your orders. You can stop messages from us at any time by blocking or unfollowing our Page in Messenger.

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal and accounting requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to stop sending you promotional messages. To make a request, contact us at johnbergantinos08@gmail.com with the phone number or Messenger name you used to order, and we will act on your request within a reasonable time.

Our service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above shows when it last changed.
