Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to order from us. You are responsible for giving accurate contact and delivery details so we can reach you and deliver your order.

• Placing an order — through our online store, Messenger, or by phone — is an offer to buy. Your order is confirmed only after we acknowledge it (for example, an SMS or Messenger confirmation).
• We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, the delivery area is not served, details are incorrect, or we suspect fraud or abuse. If you have prepaid for a cancelled order, we will refund it.

• Prices are shown in Philippine Pesos (₱). Many items are fresh produce sold by weight, so the final weight and price of an item may differ slightly from the estimate at checkout.
• Fresh stock changes daily. If an item is short or unavailable when we pack, we will adjust or remove it — you are only charged for what is actually delivered. A delivery fee and a minimum order amount may apply and are shown at checkout.
• We try to keep prices and availability accurate but do not guarantee them and may correct errors.

Ordering is pay-on-delivery by default: you pay our rider in cash when your order arrives. We also accept prepayment by GCash or bank transfer, where you upload a payment screenshot for our staff to verify. We do not collect or store full card or bank numbers.

• We deliver within Olongapo City and the Subic Bay Freeport Zone. Orders are grouped into delivery batches with a daily cut-off; orders placed after cut-off are delivered on the next available schedule.
• Please make sure someone is available to receive and pay for the order at the address and time given. If we cannot complete a delivery because no one is reachable, we may return the order and a re-delivery may be arranged.

• You may cancel or change an order by contacting us before it is dispatched for delivery.
• Because we sell perishable food, we cannot accept general returns. If an item arrives spoiled, incorrect, or not as described, contact us on the day of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or a refund of that item.
• Approved refunds for prepaid orders are returned through the method you used to pay.

You agree not to use the service to break the law, to resell our goods without our agreement, to place fraudulent or abusive orders, or to interfere with or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

When you contact us through Facebook Messenger, your use of Messenger is also subject to Meta's own terms and policies. We use Messenger only to respond to you and to manage your orders. How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

We provide the service with reasonable care but “as is”, without warranties beyond those required by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FreshCitybeez is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have that cannot be excluded under Philippine consumer law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above shows when they last changed; continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of Olongapo City.
